Tote FAQ

Astro Speedway Skatepark was built in the basement of a furniture store at 568 Chicago Drive in Jenison, Michigan, in the late '70s. Named after the Greek mythology figure of Astraeus, God of Stars and Dusk, the windowless basement skate park made skating possible regardless of the weather, and was the only park of its kind at the time. The park featured a 9-foot-high concrete half pipe that was 18 feet wide, as well as an 18 x 18 keyhole pool and an open freestyle area. The very 1970s-style artwork they used for their logo was pretty over the top, but hey, it was the 1970s!

Durable Poly-Poplin outer with a laminate-coated interior and cotton handles to keep all your things secure and looking great.
